What is Omega-3?
Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid found in
fish and certain plant oils. Your body cannot
produce Omega-3 on its own. At all stages of
life Omega-3 fatty acids are required to ensure
overall health and well-being.
Omega-3 EPA/DHA benefits every cell in the body.
The Omega-3 in one serving of Maramor’s Chocolate
Squares with Omega-3 provides 80 mg of EPA and
DHA Omega-3 fatty acids. This is 50% of the 160 mg
daily value for a combination of EPA and DHA based
on statements from the Institute of Medicine.
The Omega-3 in these chocolates is purified and a
concentrated source of EPA/DHA.
